Auron was kind of a dick for keeping this secret for so long. He knew that Tidus would have no idea Yuna would die when she called the final aeon but also was the one insisting he stay close to her and thus make it even more difficult when he finds out the truth.

The saddest part is they just ended up reversing their fates. Yuna lived, and Tidus had to be sent along with the rest of the faith. He saved her at the cost of himself. His departure was even more heartbreaking that hers, because Yuna had long since prepared herself for her fate. She knew it since day 1. Titus literally only figured it out the day before, and chose to go through with it anyways.

Since the history is told from Tidus's perspective, this scene shows how everyone has betrayed Tidus. Even Yuna. She gave hope she and Tidus on their relationship knewing she would probably die.

In the original story, half of the party was supposed to die. But the team didnt like that ending and so the writer only selected Aries to die.

This was the first scene that broke me and made me cry. This and the final always break me.

This game is nice i finishhim, this part and cgs scene Auron, Lulu meet, Khimarhi and Seymour anima conjuration is the best.
